Appointments

To schedule an appointment, please call between 9:30 am and 12 noon or between 1:00 and 4:30 pm. Office visits are scheduled as quickly as possible and every attempt is made to accommodate your needs. The office is closed on most holidays.

When you arrive for your appointment, please check in with the receptionist. Let us know of any changes in address, telephone or medical insurance.

Missed Appointments

Patients will be charged for missed appointments or for appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance. Appointments can be cancelled through our receptionist or voice mail system seven days a week. Missed appointments are not covered by insurance.

Emergencies

You can reach us by phone at 617-332-2047 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week. There is a psychiatrist on call at all times. In an acute emergency if you cannot wait for a return phone call, it is best to go to the emergency department of your local hospital where the physician on duty will begin treatment and contact the appropriate doctor.

Prescriptions

Routine refills will be handled by regularly scheduled visits with your doctor. Medication changes and other non-routine prescriptions can be called in to your pharmacy. Prescriptions should not be requested by email.
